You take ownership of product and ingredient development from concept to commercialization. As an experienced innovation driver, you combine formulation expertise with process understanding and industrial feasibility.

A key part of your role is the execution of approved research and innovation projects in international consortia, translating scientific results into scalable, market-ready solutions.

You operate at the interface of research, production, and B2B application, ensuring outstanding taste, texture, nutrition, functionality, and manufacturability.
